I struggled with my weight my whole life, addictions, eating disorders and trauma have been my work for 25 years now via psychotherapy, transformative coaching with a mix of everything I see as a holistic approach, informed by 3 Principles, Non-Duality, somatic healing and people such as Rupert Spira, Syd Banks, Osho, Peter Levine and Gabor Mate’s work. I am 28 years in recovery, with an endless list of qualifications but they are not what make this exploration different. What is in my heart to share with you is what makes this work. What I have learned from my experience. The best teacher.

Course Outline

It may not look obvious but all these struggles are a result of the same misunderstanding, often the reason we try everything and get so caught up in attempting things that go against the grain (ie feel like a lot of effort) is due to our beliefs about what is wrong that we have innocently picked up from some psychological processes we have indulged in. They always end up in failure, and guilt, and leave us wondering what is really going on.

Course Outline

You may jump from one to the other, or find that you can free yourself for short periods of time but they always return.

This exploration is seeing beyond the constructs of the modern diet and fitness industry, it is an undoing rather than a doing, it is unpicking the beliefs that have been installed into you that keep you in endless loops of searching and trying to change your body to be happy, helping you see that happiness is the come from place not the get to place.

Week 1-2
Your turn to share where you are, what you would like to achieve, any history you want to bring into the conversation, this is going much deeper than weight loss, we cover relationships, life history, significant events, work life, family life, relationship with money, and most importantly beliefs about self. We get a clear pic of where we are starting from, also at this point there will be some general health questions, especially if you have struggled to lose weight and been able to stick to food plans before. With some suggestions for things you can check biologically.

Weeks 2-3
We get your diet questions answered, your food choices and body issues ironed out and start on the road working through any little hurdles as they come along, and they will, that is a guarantee in life, things wont always work out but we face them together, you are not left alone. You get to choose what you eat, we support you. If things fall over, we look at why and we find a way together.

Weeks 3-6
Life starts to look a lot simpler, we move beyond stories of struggles, outward things to do and start looking inwardly at our experience, where all suffering and struggles arise. Once we start to see why we overeat, why we cannot stick to plans, what it is we are suffering with is not the outside world, it is our beliefs about self, then making changes happens so much easier. This part of the process can last for anywhere from 2 weeks to indefinitely, it really depends on your willingness to look. These weeks are all of a massive lifetime value, it is not just a process we learn, but it is a lifetime of transformation that comes about from seeing the deeper truth.

Weeks 6-9
We get very clear on what you want, why previous attempts have failed and what the actual problem is (it’s never food) this will change the most important part of your weight loss journey, the place you are coming from. The beliefs about self, body image, and the numbers on the scale, how they make you feel. With a new clearer vision of who you are and where you want to get to, and why, you can start to make effortless progress on your journey to the body you desire, without the lifetime of pitfalls you have strugged with previously. Not only will this change, everything will change, this is not just about weight-loss it’s about life.

Weeks 9-12
Everything is in the moment so these guidelines will be rough, we work with where you are at, you may need more support with 1 particular area of life, that looks unclear, or you may just want to solidify your progress so far, learning to be will be your biggest challenge, just to be in life without escaping, without finding some form of escapism, the food regime is now changed and what is left is you, that is where the work is and the ongoing awareness and realisations.

The Process

The Process

This is not like anything you have done before, this is the collapsing of what you have learned and what has unknowingly been installed, a way to see what is really true. Beyond beliefs about being yourself and what it means to be the perfect shape or slimmer or a certain size, or showing up in the world in a certain way. Seeing the innate well–being and the simple innocent functions of addiction and eating habits, what is we really want when seeking, whether it be in relationships, in money or in body shapes. It is the same desired outcome. This process is highly focused on helping you stick to the choices you make.

The Potential Outcome

The Potential Outcome

The potential outcome is infinite, that means when you start to wake up to yourself this exploration could have tremendous outcomes not just in weight loss, that will become a great achievement but having your mind back will be huge, the doors that it opens up, the potential it brings to relationships, and money/finances cannot be put into words, I have seen many people go on to do great things they never had thought about before. I have never had anyone not have a huge impact in one way or another.

Jason is a miracle worker, I really could not see how my own mind used to sabotage me losing weight, I knew what to eat and how much, I just couldnt keep it up for some reason and always found food such a treat, now I love what I eat and I eat what I love, I no longer need to escape.
